Now that the Old Grey Mare is really gone (by the way, if a 2003 is an old grey mare, what does that make a 2001??), is my sled is looking just a little bit more tired?
#4, I think #99's trailer is a little more your speed, why don't you look into that. But if you join us on the trip this year, I'll gladly hold a spot on my tralier for you
How dare you sell the old grey mare! How thoughtless of you to go off on your own and sell your sled that I may or may not continue to tell you that I'm buying and then not buying and then buying and then not buying from you over and over again!?!?!?! You didn't even ask me for the fourth or fifth time whether or not I may tell you in the future that I'm buying it again!
Sheez, I thought this was a club for friends to help eachother out, what a disillusionment. Oh well, I guess if I snooze I loose right?
Ha! One more very public and final apology to #13 on this subject for yanking your chain last season and this pre-season. I'm glad you have $$ in hand and it sounds like you made a fine purchase to continue your immersion in this fine sport we all enjoy so much. Good luck with that - I hope my old banger will be lucky enough to ride in such luxury on it's way to our trip this year (wherever that may end up being).
On her way to her new home in Conneticut (the new owner has a camp in Gilmanton NH). Sad to see her go. There's something to be said for a sled that never gave you an issue for 3500+ miles. I've found another 2007 Venture lite and am currently negotiating to replace the venerable one PS I have a new trailer too. a Proline from NH trailers.com, 12 ft. hard top with ramp door, side door etc Check them out online!
