Go ahead stick with the XC. It makes fiscal sense.
What about the excitement that comes with a purchase, not only for you, but for all of WPR? The so called meetings/viewings only rediculous people like us would attend. What about looking out the window and praying for snow in December, wondering if this is going to be the biggest snowfall year? What about ripping up your lawn because you can't wait for the snow to ride the new sled? What about polishing an otherwise clean machine for no apparent reason?
Do you remember those feelings? I do. It won't be very long before I have it again.
More than likely not in the market for a snowmobile this year. Especially since this year I did not go on the Canada trip and I even rented a sled for our trip in Feb with the Pres' family so we could ride 3 on one sled (Ski Doo GTX).
So my sled got 3 rides on it for a total of about 400 miles this year. Can't justify any spend on the sport for that kind of skimpy mileage. Esp w/ the XC still running strong so far.
Thanks for the info but you can all stop shopping for a sled for El Cheap-O #5.
