Great meeting boys. The pontoon boat ride was definitely the highlight of the evening. I am always amazed how much that lake changes each time I have the pleasure to visit.
Are you wearing one of those Boy Scout Uniforms with the scarf? If so, please send in a picture asap. It would be a guaranteed cover picture on this site.
I will be away camping with the scouts in the White Mtns. (I think I might be eligible for residency at this point!) this coming weekend. We depart Friday afternoon.

Alagash White? That river was unsafe for riding (back in 2001). I still remember the look on #3's & #2's faces when they made it safely up onto the bank after riding the river. There was an uneasy giggle of relief as they looked back at it.
I think we should head back to that area sometime. I'm probably registering in Maine this year since a friend of mine just built a place in Bridgton, Maine.
How about we have the meeting NOV 12th in Manchester instead. We can dress up as our favorite Star Wars characters. I'll wear my Boba Fett suit. I wear it to all the conventions, the babes go nuts.
Star Wars in Concert
Star Wars: In Concert is a unique multi-media event featuring music from all six of John Williams epic Star Wars scores. As part of its worldwide tour, it will play at 7:30pm on November 12th at Verizon Wireless Arena.
Narrated live by Anthony Daniels (the actor who portrayed C-3PO in all six films), the production features a full symphony orchestra and choir, accompanied by specially edited footage from the films displayed on a three-story-tall, high-definition LED super-screen one of the largest ever put on tour. The live music and film elements are synchronized in order to create a full multi-media, one-of-kind Star Wars experience.
As I've said before, the chances of my attending this year's trip are not likely so please don't worry about picking dates around me.
As for my 2 cents, I am not interested at all in Gaspe and will not vote for that trip in any form. My reality this year is a more local ride shorter in length.
I will hopefully hook up w/ #388 and #7 for a weekend in N. NH this year.
I see members have voted to host the next meeting at a place that has a LOT of variety in the Beer on Tap selection since so many members are so choosy, unless we are in Canada then it is BLUE all around! Just so happens I know just the place!
As my October is starting to fill up I wanted to propose a few possible dates for the next meeting.
