Not for nothing, but while away on vacation with Mr. & Mrs. #5 and family, Mrs. #5 enjoys unwinding from a busy day of doing nothing on the beach for hours with a little GBH action including our favorite antique item evaluation show - the Antiques Roadshow.
When the image first appeared it was an old clock and I heard a very familiar voice. It was our very own #3 delievering an expert review of the example piece. I didn't catch the city but it was the one where the signature on the clock face had been retraced thereby lowering its value significantly. Ha! Who doesn't know to not touch original stuff these days!!?!??!?
In any event, it was a little touch of home in an otherwise foreign place (Cape Cod). Thanks #3, well done!! I realize this is only a twisted dream, but for some reason whenever I see #3 on the TV talking about antique items, I always think at any second he is going to turn and look right into the camera and say "Hey #5, you should bring your antique snowmobile into the next roadshow and we'll tell you how much it's worth!"
