The border times are below, there is gas in dickey and Pohénégamook is a big town, the crossing is in quebec. The Fort Kent crossing to NB can be avoided.

The 2004 map is most likely out dated.

i am thinking we do # 5's trip backwards to have the 24 access back to the states.

or we stay in Millinocket and do 4 day trips. Baxter looks like tons of fun, there is also a vista look out on the east side

It looks like you can cross at Estcourt Station/Quebec 35 at the northern most point of Maine west of Ft Kent on ITS 92.  This map is from 09-10.

It says on the map to check locally for gate schedule before you head out.

It also looks like a long ride from Saint Francis/St John to the border, gas may be an issue.

It looks like from the 2004 map you can only go from Quebec to Maine at St. Pamphile Mon-Fri 6am-9pm. 

To cross at Ft. Kent you must go through New Brunswick.  Which may mean another pass.  I will see if I can find out if you can pass through on that trail without buying a NB pass.

Just so this post holds some applicable value since #2 has provided more links than Google of great information, the picture is attached.

#3, the double host, is driving this year's meeting season and doing one helluva job.  Thanks for your leadership #3.  Would you like to make it a trifecta on the new land?

If we really do paintball, should we make this a family affair and invite kids to do their own rounds?  Are their outfits that do rounds for kids?  We'll include a cookout and make it a WPR outing.

I'll see if I can get more border crossing info for ITS83/Qc75 and Qc55/ITS89.

Sorry I wasn't able to make the meeting. I eneded up out of town all week for business them family night came in on Friday night when the little one had her heart set on doing something together.

Keep me posted on the 3 rd meeting. Not avail. week Nov. 4th - 12th

I like the County in ME for this years trip.

The original plan was to go the #3's place on Wyman lake. 

#3 still wants to go there.
#2 still wants to go there.

I'm staying at the lake house this weekend.
I haven't made any arrangements for last minute changes to the meeting spot. I wouldn't be able to go anyplace else.
