The annual snowfall pool, a rite of fall for all eligible WP Racers. 

Nostradamis I am not, but here I go anyways...

I am selecting December 7th (Pearl Harbor Day) for first rideable snow.

$5 says I'm right. It is Payable at the first meeting following the white fallen precipitation packed by snowmobile.
