Good recon Pres.  I spot the 140 end 3 times a week, it is still open but kinda frozen in places as you say.

I agree it is DEFINATELY NOT SAFE yet.

Was standing on the Ice today, There was still an open spot in front of Breezy Point, No water under the bridge. I am sure its not safe
