Yamaha has supposedly been working with Artcic Cat for the last several years developing the AC Pro Cross Chassis but kept it under wraps.  The only complaints on the Arctic Cat sleds have been clutches, belts, reverse...no chassis issues.  So Yamaha has traded their 130 hp Nytro motor for the chassis.  People are concerned that AC is using their own clutches, etc on the new motor, but on the Viper, all the components will be Yamaha which should make for a nice sled :)

Although now people are worried the motor is mounted too high in the frame and is just a quick fix for yamaha?

Ok, this is a funny video, somebody really put a lot of effort into that.  so I want to understand what's going on.  Who are the Nazi's supposed to be?  Was somebody trying to make a partnership with Yamaha and nobody expected it would be Arctic Cat?  Why did Yamaha do this?  Is it because they don't want to make chassis anymore?  Is this just for just a few limited models or is it the entire line?  Is Yamaha getting out of the snowmobile biz?  I have so many questions!

Did you see the Ski Doo articulating rear skid in that other video that popped up?  Pretty cool.  Good for side-hilling I guess.
