I am officially done. The 440 is in need of parts and I made a successful last run with the Pres late in the season so I am placated for the 12-13 season.
I fully agree, it was a good season, the sport is still alive in the club. In fact, for me it has now transcended into the next generation of WPR riders which means longevity for the sport for me. I am no longer considering two-ups because mine want to ride their own.
It will be my task to get them through the NH OHRV safety course before the snow flies later this year. Now to figure out what is necessary for them to drive the jet-ski in Mass. Not sure that's possible at this point until they have drivers licenses. Can you imagine what it would have been like if these stupid rules had applied to us when we were their age??! Maybe WPR wouldn't even exist today!!!!
