I'm not getting any time off until late January. I'm weekends only.

On the bright side, my sled is ready and trailer is ready to go.

probably cannot make any of those days off from work.....not sure the trails are ready either..... most areas are cloesd ....this what's open

  • Rockingham Recreational Trail, Fremont Branch (Windham to Epping) 
  • Rockingham Recreational Trail, Portsmouth Branch (Newfields to Auburn)
  • Cheshire Recreational Rail Trail (Fitzwilliam to Walpole). Connector trail through Keene may not be open at this time. 
  • Ashuelot Recreational Rail Trail (Keene to Hinsdale)
  • Fort Hill Recreational Rail Trail (Hinsdale)
  • Sugar River Recreational Trail (Newport to Claremont)

It's Dec 11 and I'm already tired of clearing the top of my (clam shell) trailer. 

Don't be fooled - I'm not complaining that we're getting snow, my back is telling me it's getting time to invest in a trailer that doesn't require clearing the roof in order to access the sleds.

But are the trails getting any of this?!  

I'd like to pick a weekday to ride before Christmas and one day either in between Christmas and New Year's or the first week of the new year.  I'll toss out potential dates:

Dec ride 1: Thurs 12/19, Fri 12/20 or Mon 12/23

Dec ride 2: Thur 12/26, Fri 12/27 or Mon 12/30

Jan ride: any day week of New Year's
