nerves, my friend, nerves, I regretted my post as soon as I hit the submit key, please accept my apology. How can I be so hateful with Obama-styria all around us?
I think Hillary has finally dug her own grave. When she speaks, it's like a supreme culmination of the inner monster that every married guy hates about his wife. She sounds like one of those evil villians who finally goes insane at the end of a really bad horror movie. It amazes me that millions cast their precious vote for her to lead them. I don't get it.
She mocks hope. She belittles vision. She scoffs at our struggle to become better than what we are today. She embodies old thinking. She embraces stagnation. She relies on despair. She represents everything I despise about establishment thoughlessness.
I really hope Johnny Mac did not lie. If he did, then there are none honest left in Washington D.C. We should reduce to as small and powerless as possible national government and increase local control with term limits. Only then will we have real choice and representation.
Ahem. I hope we can have one last meeting before the trip...
I was on one of those machines that go across the snow last night. Why the attitude? You should be in a better mood than normal with such a great trip right around the corner. Why lash out at Bud Light drinkers? I want what's owed! Nothing more nothing less.
That looks like a good route. I wish I could go with you guys. I'm pretty much laying low until the trip.
We rode from Keene to Claremont on New Year's day. The trails needed work at that point, but should be fine now.
I rode corridor 5 from #6's in Groton to Littleton on Route 5 last week and it was pretty good.
Right around #6's is the best spot amongst those trails that I found. The drive is not bad either.
I parked at the rest area right beyond #6's turn on Route 25. It's one mile past Ryzack's store in Groton. It was a good place to drive to and depart from.
sounds good, #388. #1776 is waiting on his pump rebuild kit, we just took it apart and everything looked ok so I don't know if this is it? Either way, our ride on Thursday will be a local one (meaning southern NH) because I can't arrange kid care for early morning (before 8am) and late evening (after 5:30pm). So my whole trip needs to take place between 8-5:30.
#5, we rode out of Walpole yesterday and conditions were 8-10. Trails were groomed and we made it up to Claremont. If you left out of Walpole early 7am, and headed for Lyme, I would be in for this Thursday!
#4, get off this post, this is for people who snowmobile. (fyi: it's a machine with an engine that you ride across the top of the snow on.) it's fun, you should try it sometime.
#388, just because we're not riding with eachother, doesn't mean we're not riding. Had a nice little jaunt with the boys this weekend. And still planning on Thursday w/ #1776 - he is hot on the trail of another culprit (fuel pump). We are looking at Lyme this time around.
#5
ps> Just so I'm not heisting this post, #7, I really want to have a meeting on a Friday or Saturday night when cuz is bangin' de drum. He has told me to bring my bass and I can sit in on a few. He is playing with several bands at American Grafitti and Classics Pub. He usually sends emails out the week that he's playing so I'll make a post as soon as I have the next dates.
We can't get people to ride, never mind a meeting. I'm starting to wonder about this "club" thing. I have tomorrow off and Sunday afternoon/evening, I will be riding somewhere local tomorrow. Barre, and Fitzwilliam held their base through the rain last week and refroze. With the 10" of fresh snow we got, it will be easy to put on 100 miles tomorrow. Watch this #7...anyone want to ride this weekend???
Any Possible dropouts? Roomates? Truckmates? What everyone is bringing? Passports? What route? What time to meet and where? Make reservations for nights 2-4? Contingencies
I suggest we get these thing ironed out prior to March 8th.
