RE: TIME TO LOCK AND LOAD

I don't know about bringing my sled out a week early. Where will it be sitting for a week? I need to do some last minute things just like everyone else.

Sounds good.  Plan B (if #3 is coming) can be,  I will pull a two place with a sled in the bed (presumably #3, me, #99).  These sleds only because logistically I can load all three ahead of time.  #99 can still tow the big rig.
PS  #99 does not have a brake controller and #3 won't be home until Thursday so no decision is imminent from him

OK Members - there are officially only 10 DAYS left before the departure day.  I want to create a punch list for remaining open items:

1.  DD meeting spot is a good call #13, thanks for the recon.

2.  #388 will pull a two place with a sled in the back if #3 does not join.  #3, please let us know what your decision is so we can finalize trailer plans.

3.  #99, if you don't have a brake controller/wire then I won't spend any time fixing the brakes, can you please let me know because that will be a big savings of my time.  thx.

4.  #13, if you don't have a cover (are you taking you Polaris or the Yamaha?) then you probably don't want to ride on the open trailer right?  so you should load in #2 trailer (I know he doesn't have a cover and will want to be in his enclosed)

5.  We should plan a meeting night this weekend (I will check cuz on the weekend gigs) or next week that #99 can make it and I will bring the 4-place with #5 and #10 loaded so #99 can connect up and load.  #7 you should bring you sled w/ cover and load on the 4-place as well.  that's 4 sleds with covers on the 4 place and 2 sleds without in the enclosed.  I'm not sure if #388 has a cover but it will be loaded in the back of his truck so a cover should not be necessary.  plan sound ok w/ everyone?

6.  I think we are not booking nights 2 and 3 because we don't know if we'll be on track.

I'm sure there's other details, but these are the big ones.  Is there anything else that we need to lock down before departure?  I talked to someone in Chandler and he said the snow is absolutely beautiful right now!  I may not sleep for 2 days before departure.

#5 (call me Julie - cruise director)
