For what it's worth I will block those dates off, they look good to me. My whole world could be different by then, still not ready to announce but can't wait to talk to you guys. It's not just work now - 2 weeks ago my back went out again except this time it took a nerve with it, I have basically no use of my right leg and I'm in relative pain constantly. I am going to PT twice a week so I am hopeful I will be healed soon. I did note the brochure I was given by the doc included snowmobiling as an activity to avoid. Can you believe it??!!!? The one time I've ever seen snowmobiling listed as an activity and it is in a do not do this list. WTF.
Lot's of complaining in that first paragraph there! I haven't been able to criticize anything lately so I'm all backed up. How about our outgoing US President, it's one thing to ignore him and go about our daily lives, but this ******* needs to go - I've been accused of being a narcissist but this guy is on a galactic level. Time to get him the hell out of Dodge.
I was checking the page to see if you guys are a go for this weekend - to Colebrook - are the trails a green light? I hope you guys have a great trip. I want to hear somebody is snowmobiling and having a ball. As for me, K and I are going to a romantic old inn in Lennox, MA for a relaxing couple weekend. With my back, all activities are pending but we will make the best of it.
Hope you guys are well. Definitely miss hanging out. Let's escort Covid out right after the President, only 6 days left for him.
Great work #7, solid dates tossed out and a place suggested - the necessary basics to get a trip initiated, nice work.
Unfortunately I have a trip booked in western Mass already for MLK weekend - prepaid so no changing plans.
I look forward to the ride reports. I may be busy this February so a trip this year will be hit or miss - put me in the #10 category. Details to follow.
Update, the sleds are already resting ready in NH, so long as it is not a high crime neighborhood it will take tow vehicle planning but workable.
Anyone want to go to Colebrook for MLK weekend? The hotel at the Golf Course is $79 per night with free cancellation. I don't mind booking a couple rooms. We could drive up Saturday or Sunday and ride 2 or 3 days.
