I am all in. I love the idea of cabin staying versus hotel rooms. so much better. Is this the place #7 went early and #'s 5 + 2 showed up during the AFC Championship game in KC? I thought that was NEOC? Looks like it is at the base of Katahdin so that would be the place. Or is this the place #10 was with us and we had stew/meat pie back at the cabin one night? My trailer broke in 2 on the trip home. Or is that the same place different cabin?
You can ignore those questions because it doesn't matter, if there is snow there I would vote for Maine also, as #7 says, it gives us some different looks for riding. I am not opposed to driving all the way to Presque Isle/Ft. Kent either if we think we can't get to the boarder.
Are we buying regs for the 3 day weekend? Say the word and I will puchase. Counting the days for this trip!

I like the Forks cabins. We can cook if we want, the restaurant is open 3 meals a day. Decent enough bar, (they serve "Deer In The Head Lite". they have pool tables, it's right on the trails, 4 directions in which to go, gas pumps at the place and we know how long it takes to get there.
They do registrations there also. The place is like a sore dick, you can't beat it.
I'm in for Feb 4th - 6th. I'd prefer Maine over overly familiar NH. Where is this cabin? Are there restaurants nearby? Trail access? Inquiring minds want to know.
I got a quote for a cabin on the link I posted. Sleeps 6-8...$1600 for 3 nights. Depending on member attendance we're @ just over $100 or less per night per person.
Less than 2 weeks away and I'm hearing crickets on this "Silver Anniversary " trip? I texted the prez yesterday and was directed to post here. I'm voting Maine for a destination as I've already been watching multiple friends already having phenomenal rides there this season. With time ticking away, will we be able to reserve a place to stay? How many members are actually going?
I reached out to a couple of places in Jackman yesterday and they were booked up. Any suggestions?
On a side note...where the heck is the ride report for the MLK days ride? This club is drowning...somebody throw in a life vest.
